Low Sideboard model "Saturn" manufactured by Gwinner, circa 1969 in the former West Germany.

This sideboard consists in two part of two doors each that can be used together co create a long sideboard or to be used separately. Exterior in white laminated wood and black lacquered inside. An eye catch with a great aesthetic plasticity portraying the "Space.Age" period influence on arts and design (1950-1970). A fascination with fluid shapes and sleek forms achieved through a clever use of all new synthetics and steel. And strong appetite for the trendy glossy geometrical values became the very foundation of the Space Age furniture style.
