Russian Goldsmith Masterwork, Sphere Shaped Caviar Bowl, c. 1910s.

Vermeil means a high quality pure sterling silver plated with a thin layer of gold 24kr.

Chiselled with horizontal stripes, resting on four ball feet. The half-sphere lid opening by a sliding system held by two rods and chains.

This piece wearing prestigious Fabergé hallmarks.

In very good condition, some shocks and few visible small scratches.

Provenance from a private collector, St Petersburg, Russian Federation.
