The sofa features leather cushions that rest loosely on a frame made of chromed steel.

The design is puristic, with a form developed strictly from its function, aligning with the principles of the Bauhaus and the HfG Ulm (Ulm Academy of Design), with which Wilkhahn collaborated closely during that era.

From a private provenance

In good condition, leather with no cracks or holes, foam in perfect shape. Steel chrome showing minor signs of oxidation.
