Table in good stability and overall condition, showing signs of wear and some scratches and patina.
Provenance from a private collector, Denmark.
(1888–1959) was a prominent Swedish architect and furniture designer, best known for his work as the chief designer at the prestigious department store Nordiska Kompaniet (NK) from 1927 to 1938. He played a significant role in establishing Swedish design on the international map, bridging the gap between Art Deco, neoclassicism (known as "Swedish Grace"), functionalism, and early Scandinavian modernism.
